An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Lettings Administrator to join a leading Estate Agents based in Epsom, Surrey.

**Responsibilities for the Lettings Administrator**:

- General administrative duties
- Ensuring systems and regulations are applied immediately when required
- Adhering to KPIS's set
- Liaising with landlords
- Resolving issues and ensuring the business continues to go forward in these challenging times
- Setting up AST contracts
- Property Inspections
- Renewals
- Assist in supplier remittances

**Skills and Attributes for the Lettings Administrator**:

- ARLA Qualified (preferable not essential)
- Minimum 5 years residential lettings experience
- Excellent communication
- Full driving license
- Problem solver
- Self-motivated & Driven Individual
- Proven track record in leading successful business
