We at GXO are currently recruiting a full-time, permanent **AMR Picking Operative **to join our team at **Sherburn In Elmet **ensuring that all things logistics are coordinated on site
This is **full time** permanent position, and you will be working 40.15 hours on a 4 on, 4 off shift between the hours of 0700 - 1900 and 1900 - 0700.

**What you’ll do on a typical day**:
- Working as a team member in a fast-paced environment,
- Working on the automated customer order picking operation.
- You will contribute to the smooth running of a busy warehouse, ensuring that work is completed to meet cost, quality, hygiene, and service expectations.
- To ensure GXO operational and H&S procedures and policies are adhered to at all times
**What you need to succeed at GXO**:
- Able to work on own initiative and as part of a team
- Ability to work accurately and at pace
- Willingness to adapt to change
- Experience of Warehouse Management Systems
