About the role

To facilitate, analyse and provide insight across:

- Supports provision of flexible resource across Tech & Data function through contract management
- Governance of 3rd party opportunity and contract renewals
- Supporting adhoc governance and compliance activities

**Responsibilities**:
Supports provision of flexible resource across Tech & Data function through contract management
- Maintains and monitors flexible resource contract renewals and master data, ensuring required contract renewals are processed in a timely manner
- Acts as gatekeeper of the Contract Approval Policy, ensuring that flexible resource contracts are processed in line with PAH governance requirements
- Working closely with the PAH Tax Team, maintaining IR35 compliance for all relevant flexible resource contracts, including the provision of relevant communication and awareness to Resource Managers
- Working with PMO and Resource Managers, drafts contractual order forms and internal approval forms for electronic approval
- Supports introduction of framework agreements with agencies/3rd party vendors and supports amendments to these contracts in conjunction with Legal, Procurement and Contract Owners
- Provides updates on renewal status at Portfolio Leadership team meetings
- Works with the Governance, Risk & Compliance Manager, PMO and Resource Managers to provide relevant reporting and financial information
- Maintains relevant Contract templates
- Maintains contractor Onboarding & Off-boarding process.

Monitoring, facilitation, and governance of 3rd party vendor contracts
- Working with the IT Governance, Risk & Compliance Manager, and associated teams such as Legal, Procurement and Contract Owners. Providing oversight and reporting on operational contract renewals, establishing processes for monitoring contract end dates
- Working with the IT Governance, Risk & Compliance Manager to align contract approvals to budget plan and ensure contract costs are captured in line with budget setting activities
- Utilises internal contract fast track process for relevant contract approvals in accordance with the Contract Approval Policy
- Supports maintenance of Tech & Data contracts in PAH contract management system
- Working with Procurement and Legal to maintain a contract planner and provide status updates at a weekly contract review
- Working with Legal & Procurement to implement and maintain document controls and naming conventions within contract management system
- Providing inductions to new starters and actively supporting adherence to PAH governance requirements
- Works with Governance, Risk & Compliance Manager and Contract Owners to provide relevant contract reporting
- Provides ad hoc contract support to teams as and when required

- Works with the wider Governance team and Governance, Risk & Compliance Manager to support ad hoc governance activities and reporting

Experience, Knowledge & Expertise - Essential
- Prior experience of working in an IT governance and/or contract management role
- Experience of tracking and reporting key metrics for a technology function or similar
- Experience of reviewing data to identify quality issues, anomalies or errors that need correcting and managing the corrective actions
- Experience of working within a fast-paced change environment
- Strong personal organisational skills, to manage and prioritise workload
