**About Us**

We’re a busy Italian restaurant and cocktail bar, known for our authentic food, buzzing atmosphere, and great service. We’re now looking for a skilled **Cocktail Bartender** to join our team ASAP from, our opening hours are 5pm to 10pm Monday to Saturday.

**Role & Responsibilities**
- Create and serve a wide range of cocktails with consistency and flair.
- Provide friendly and professional service to guests at the bar.
- Keep the bar clean, organised, and well-stocked.
- Contribute to the lively, welcoming atmosphere of the restaurant.
- Follow health & safety and licensing regulations.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Previous cocktail bartending experience is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of classic cocktails and a passion for mixology.
- Great communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable, professional, and a team player.

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes.
- Provide attentive and friendly service to all customers, ensuring their needs are met promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including equipment and supplies.
- Monitor customer behaviour and ensure responsible serving practices are followed.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, utilising basic math skills for processing payments.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when applicable.
- Uphold food safety standards in accordance with health regulations.
- Engage with customers, building rapport and enhancing their overall experience.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred, demonstrating familiarity with bartending practices.
- Strong hospitality skills, with the ability to create a welcoming environment for guests.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and responsible serving practices is essential.
- Excellent time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transactions.

Pay: £12.21-£14.98 per hour
