**Consumer Additions are working with a Global FMCG business to recruit an AP/AR manager to join their team based in Central London. This is an exciting role which will help drive automation and improvement projects and continue high standards forday-to-day transactional duties.**

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operational finance duties are carried out smoothly, ensuring workloads are covered and responsibilities completed to a high standard.
- Work with Team Leaders and Managers on team management tasks
- Oversee bank reconciliations, investigate and queries
- Build and improve Query Management tools, working towards SLA’s.
- Ensure team have the appropriate training and upskilling.
- Play a key part in improving transactional finance function, proactively identifying areas for improvement and highlighting any inefficiencies in systems and processes
- Produce operational reporting including performance metrics, changes in performance and initiate change to improve performance
- Coach, mentor, and develop staff, including overseeing new employee onboarding and providing career development planning and opportunities
- Be a positive role model for the team, supportive to all team members and a key stakeholder for finance operations.

Personal Requirements
- Proven track record of successfully managing finance teams
- Strong working knowledge of all Finance Operations functions, including but not limited to AP, AR, CC, Procurement and Reconciliations.
- Experience of working in an International organisation
- Great at building and maintaining relationships and capable of engaging effectively with senior stakeholders
- Shows initiative through encouraging and initiating positive change
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
