We are seeking naturally caring, compassionate and reliable people to join our family run, professional home care company. We provide personal, tailored care to older adults who have a desire to remain in their own homes in Windsor, Ascot, Englefield Green,Bracknell, Maidenhead, and the surrounding communities. If you are local and have spare time, we would love to hear from you.

**Key Information**:

- The best rates of pay £12.00 - £13.25 per hour inc. travel time
- We pay 35p per mile between visits
- Pay rates available up to £24.50 per hour
- Paid DBS, uniform, and PPE
- Flexible or guaranteed hours available to suit
- Full in-house and online training, Care Certificate qualification & shadow visits
- £200 onboarding bonus, we will talk you through this at interview
- Support to complete Health & Social Care Diplomas at Level 2 and above

**The Role** We aim to keep your visits as local to home as possible with regular clients, so they always see a familiar face and you get to know each other well. You will visit clients who live in their own homes, helping them to remain safe and independent in the placethey cherish for as long as possible. - Provide much needed companionship to prevent social isolation & loneliness?
- Assist with bathing and daily routines?
- Accompany someone to appointments or to activities, places they love?
- Remind or assist someone to take their medication?
- Help with those light household duties that have become a bit trickier such as vacuuming/dusting?
