Our client is looking for a **Field Service Engineer** to join their team, responsible for carrying out the installation, servicing, moves & changes, upgrade, modification, and repair of Medical Digital Imaging equipment along with other medicaldevices as required. The role holder will also be trained and expected to carry out similar tasks on other relevant equipment which may fall outside of the medical sector.

Main Responsibilities:

- To carry out the installation, servicing, moves & changes, upgrade, modification, and repair requirements of the company customer base as requested.
- Problem-solve in a responsible and methodical manner whilst carrying out effective customer liaison skills to ensure total customer satisfaction.
- Ensure effective communications are maintained with Area Manager's and other staff as required.
- To be flexible to work within other regions of the UK within given notice as required.

- Previous ultrasound engineering experience in a medical or related environment.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Good core engineering skills and knowledge.
- Electrical/Electronic/Software Engineering experience.
