**Purpose of the role**:
This is a critical role for the success of the business and comes with high expectations to lead our Project Management (PM) and Proect Management Office (PMO) service line. This includes setting the direction for the growth of your function, partnering with clients and leading the service line team to success.

You will be expected to lead a portfolio of client accounts of a value of £3m+, and will be fully empowered to build the growth plans for your function, partnering with the rest of the senior leadership team to develop and deliver the full business growth plans to expand this service line and penetrate into new sectors.

You will be a role model leader in the business, living our company values, and nurturing your team to grow and develop. You will also be a strategic partner with our clients, developing and managing the relationships, going above and beyond to ensure that we are not only meeting their current needs but are also anticipating what their future needs might be, this includes identifying new business opportunities, making sure financial targets are met, and that the right team is in place to meet the needs of your clients.

**Key responsibilities**:
While you will also contribute to strategic planning, your primary focus is on executing growth plans and managing the day-to-day operations of the PM and PMO service line. You will ensure the day-to-day operation and client interactions reflect the company values and enhance the brand reputation of Croftstone.
You will be expected to show a high degree of business and commercial acumen, with a thorough understanding of your client and the industries you are assigned in order to effectively lead the service line.
