**CLOTHING & ACCESSORIES ADVISOR**

**As one of the largest multi-franchise motorcycle retailers in the UK, Fowlers Motorcycles is seeking to appoint an experienced and energetic individual to join our clothing & accessories department**

**About Fowlers**:
**THE ROLE**:
Joining a friendly and experienced team, you will assist and guide our customers in their purchases of clothing and accessories to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.

**SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS**:

- The desire and ability to deliver outstanding customer service
- Previous customer-facing retail experience an asset
- A minimum of 2 GCSEs in Maths & English grade 9 - 5, or A - C, or equivalent
- Computer literacy, numeracy, and accuracy essential
- An excellent communicator at all levels with an excellent grasp of the English language, verbal and written
- A friendly, outgoing, approachable, and professional manner
- An energetic and flexible team player
- Efficient, target-driven, and ambitious with the determination to exceed customer expectations
- A knowledge of and/or enthusiasm for motorcycles, scooters, or bicycles, and/or motorcycle clothing and accessories is an advantage
