They are looking for an experienced **Resourcing Advisor/Talent Acquisition** on a **12-month Fixed Term Contract (Maternity Cover**) to join their resourcing Team, recruiting for a diverse range of job roles. Due to the location, you would ideally have our own vehicle and be able to **commute daily**.
- Have a minimum of **12-18 months experience working in either agency or internal recruitment, resourcing for high volume recruitment campaigns**:

- Experience and knowledge of ATS and recruitment systems to deliver both external and internal direct hires across a range of business functions
- Comfortable and articulate in your communication with Stakeholder management
- Experience in implementing a range of talent attraction across many different selection methodologies, to include competency based interviewing techniques, across a diverse range of roles
- Preferably **CIPD qualified or experience working in an HR environment** with full understanding of GDPR/RTW, data protection and on-boarding and selection processes
- Be hardworking, reliable and able to communicate at all levels
- Demonstrate huge commercial and strategic awareness, spotting key opportunities when they present themselves
- Have a great sense of humour, tough where nothing fazes you, even when the pressure kicks in
