Working within the Technology Hub, the Lead Solutions Architect will have a strong role in shaping the company’s digital strategy as they develop the capability to deliver new systems in-house, keeping security at the heart of everything they do..

The Lead Solutions Architect will work with operational and project teams across the business to take intellectual ownership of companies architectural and operational design, improvements and roadmap, and will develop a deep understanding of the schemesand operations. Ability to communicate complex ideas and issues simply and effectively will be very important.

**Lead Solutions Architect Skills**
- Cloud-based experience in successfully delivering within IT/business transformation project/programme roles as a solution architect
- Can demonstrate track record of solution architecture
- Creation of UML and ITIL standard documentation
- Project lifecycle implementation (System design to UAT)
- Strong analytical capability (both qualitative and quantitative)
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills
- Able to understand complex concepts and formula, capture key information, when required
- Good stakeholder and relationship management skills
- Able to work independently with a proactive approach to work
- Experience including but not limited to Azure and AWS
- Previous experience in developing settlement/billing IT systems
- Background in delivery of regulatory driven change
- Experience of working within multiple and external stakeholder parties
- Solution Architect formal methodologies
- IT software related qualifications and systems analysis
- Experience of using enterprise architecture modelling tools

**This role is a Hybrid role with one day a week in the London office**

**Must be UK based and no sponsorship provided**
