We currently have a great opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor - (Ealing Gateway, W5) to join us on a Permanent basis. As a Customer Service Advisor - (Ealing Gateway, W5) some of the key results for the role include:

- Supports the Neighbourhood Customer Specialist team in providing an excellent housing and estate management service across a range of digital channels, ensuring that all customers - leaseholders, tenants, freeholders - receive an effective, professional and value for money service and that the business addresses issues/problems and delivers appropriate services in a timely and cost effective manner.
- Strives for 1st contact resolution at all times by being pro-active and thoroughly investigating the customer’s account to prevent possible call backs.
- Manages a customer caseload and ensured that customers have access to the right services, there is correct service outcome and that customer queries/complaints are resolved regardless of where service failure lies within the organisation.
- Takes ownership to ensure they have full knowledge of all services to help meet the individual needs of customers.
