You will be responsible for supporting an efficient HR service across the cluster (UK, Ireland, Jersey & Guernsey), managing business as usual activities across the employee lifecycle, resolving escalations swiftly and managing 2 teams located in London & Norwich (hybrid/remote). You will also lead on aligning ways of working and identifying opportunities for improvement in the cluster.

What this job involves
Support the Cluster lead with the execution of the HR plan; sharing the plan with the team and creating meaningful goals for the team aligned to the plan
Will have JBS team dotted reporting line for 6 analysts
Remain the face of PS&D for the business while collaborating with JBS in the background to ensure no service disruption post transition
Remain the first point of escalation for the UK&I business and wider HR for all the HR Service catalogue, regardless of where the errors originated
Responsible for timely and accurate delivery of transitioned processes to JBS and local delivery
Deliver a high-quality customer experience driving best practice, process alignment and championing self service
Drive the team to deliver high quality and swift Tier 1& Tier 2 query resolution across cluster
Build a strong network across HR and strong relationships with JBS team and leadership
Collaborate closely with JBS to build effective ways of working
Ensure that all services delivered by the team are documented in standard operating procedures

Measure service delivery against the agreed critical KPIs in the cluster: SLAs, customer satisfaction, accuracy
Manage the team; creating a flexible and fun team culture with clear performance and behavioural expectations, coaching, career development, and recognition
Enable the team to be involved in wider projects to support development of skills, knowledge, experience and increase engagement
Ensure team act compliantly and support compliance activities as required locally, taking-responsibility where required
Ensure that employee data held on any HR system is accurate and up to date and that any HR systems are fit for purpose and aligned to business need
Work closely with the UK&I payroll team to ensure a smooth operation, hand over and aligned plans for improvement
Escalate issues to Head of Cluster/Regional HR Service Delivery as required
Drive the one HR team approach with both the local team and the Offshore team

Skills, Experience & Knowledge

**Skills**:Proactive in driving change and seeking improvements
Good business, financial and analytical acumen including the ability to leverage and interpret data to extract meaningful insights
Ability to use initiative with complex issues, thinking through implications for an organisation and make professional judgement and usingcritical thinking to make decisions
Good written and verbal communication skills with ability to make impactful presentations (Strong English written, aural and verbal skills is required and other languages would be an advantage)
Detail-oriented, organised, ability to prioritise and meet deadlines for self and others
Ability to coach and advise team members to create high-performing teams
Aptitude for building effective and collaborative partnerships at all levels within a global HR function and managing stakeholders in a highly matrixed environment
Deep understanding of core HR processes and HR management practices
Results focussed with the ability to manage competing priorities and multiple stakeholders
Advanced in MS365, specifically excel skills

Qualifications & Experience
Typically, 3+ years of experience in an HR role
Some experience with project management an advantage
Experience of HR technologies required including Workday and ServiceNow
