Phoenix Security is a leading construction site security company, providing security guarding services to a number of high profile construction sites across the U.K.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our ever expanding security team.

We are recruiting a Mobile Night Supervisor to join our team with a start in London.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

- Provide front line management to all security operations.
- Assist in the implementation of new sites, including site evaluation, client liaison to identify welfare, secure keys and monitor points, security provision requirements.
- Ensure that all site Assignment Instructions under your control are complete, agreed with the client, in date at all times and signed by them.
- Ensure that all reports and documentation are completed correctly and a timely manner - Site visits - to ensure all employees and systems are working smoothly.

About You:

- Competent level skills in Microsoft office Applications.
- Judgment skills - able to understand the context and consequences of decisions and actions.
- High-level accuracy and attention to detail.
- Self starter with hard working ethos to work in a small team or alone.

To be considered, you must have:

- An SIA Security (or Door Supervisor) Licence
- Excellent customer service and/or interpersonal skills
- Verifiable 5 year work history, or be able to provide documentary evidence of any period of unemployment, self-employment or full and part time education during that period.
- Unrestricted right to work full time in the UK for a minimum of 12 months.

Shift Pattern
- 5 Days per week days
- Will need to be able to work weekends and Bank Holidays
- 12 Hour shifts, this may change if required.
