We have been awarded a new contract in Rushden within our eCommerce business unit with one of the hottest apparel retailers in the UK and overseas, Abercrombie & Fitch, and we are looking for an **Inventory Administrator** to join us on a full-time, permanent basis.
Working on any 5 from 7 shift pattern, on **permanent lates (14:00 - 22:00**), you'll be supporting the fulfilment centre operation by providing first-line IT support to ensure the systems, inventory, and warehouse operation runs smoothly.
**Pay, benefits and more**:
We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £24,400 per annum. In addition, we offer 28 days annual leave inclusive of bank holidays. You’ll also have access to a variety of high street discounts, as well as a cycle to work scheme, a workplace pension, and many other perks.
**What you’ll do on a typical day**:

- Carry out cycle counts and stock adjustments making sure you maintain stock accuracy to the highest level
- Investigate stock discrepancies (such as extra or missing items), order discrepancies, and assist the warehouse team in all stock-related activity
- Responsible for ensuring the inventory assistants are carrying out the correct tasks assigned to your team and that daily inventory requirements are met
- Focus on continuous improvement and working with other departments across the site to promote a ‘One Team’ culture

**What you need to succeed at GXO**:

- Previous experience working in an inventory function
- Experience of working with a warehouse management system would be a big tick for us
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of stakeholders
