**Mortgage Advisor - Willesden, Golders Green, Finchley and Mill Hill - Hybrid**

**PRIMIS Mortgage Network** are seeking an experienced, suitably qualified **Mortgage & Protection Advisor** to join a large 250+ Advisor Firm partnered with PRIMIS Mortgage Network. The partner firm is plc owned and the largest firm within the vast 930 strong PRIMIS Mortgage Network operation.

PRIMIS and our owners LSL Property Services plc have long term contracted relationships with many high profile Estate Agency businesses nationwide to include names such as Hunters, CJ Hole, Martin & Co, Your Move, Reeds Rains, Parkers, Ellis & Co, Whitegates,Intercounty, Lauristons, Davis Tate, Thomas Morris and Marsh & Parsons

The estate agency partner for this role is - **Ellis & Co in Willesden, Golders Green, Finchley and Mill Hill**.

We are keen to recruit an employed Mortgage and Protection advisor to be employed by our firm to support our contracted Estate Agency partners - We do this eitherface to face or with a hybrid working arrangement where the advisor would be partially workingfrom home and partially face to face in the Estate Agency branch.

**The roles are employed with a base salary of between £36,000 and £40,000 with an ote of £75,000 - £80,000 + although we have advisor earning significantly more.**

**For existing high banking brokers we are happy to have conversations regarding enhancement to the advertised terms.**

**Benefits are commensurate of that of a plc organisation and include share save schemes, DIS to 10x, employee exclusive discounts and more..**

**We are happy to discuss underwrites to earnings whilst new starters build their pipelines.**

**Pre requisites are CAS existing Mortgage and Protection advisor ideally within broking although we are more than happy to welcome banking advisors transitioning to the lucrative broking world.**
