Active Pathways are currently looking for a Service Administrator to join our mental health rehabilitation hospital within Preston. This is a full time permanent opportunity offering a salary of up to £21,000 depending on experience.

Due to business growth, we are looking for an experienced Administrator to join our existing dedicated team. You will work closely with our other Administrator and provide a full range of administrative support and duties. We are looking for someone who has experience working within a busy office environment.

**EXPERIENCE**:

- Knowledge within a secretarial, administrative, finance, compliance, reception and or HR support
- Strong Organisational skills
- Previous Admin/Receptionist experience is essential

**MAIN RESPONSIBLITIES**:

- Take minutes of meetings, patient reviews, staff meetings, grievances, disciplinaries, investigations and other HR related meetings
- Provide the Registered Manager and the CEO invoices and complete all month-end tasks
- Support with recruitment campaigns
