**Trade Operations Assistant - Buy, Sell & Earn Commission Doing What You Love**

Know your way around a motorcycle deal? Comfortable negotiating, assessing bikes, and keeping multiple conversations going at once? If you’ve got **industry experience**, a **mechanical background**, and want to **earn commission**this could be the perfect role for you.

We’re looking for a **Trade Operations Assistant**to handle both **buying from the public** and **selling to the motorcycle trade**, ensuring every bike is accurately valued and every deal runs smoothly.

This is a **Multi-faceted, hands-on** role where you’ll be:

- **Negotiating purchases with the public**—agreeing prices and assessing bike condition.
- **Selling motorcycles B2B**—working directly with traders, auction buyers, and dealerships.
- **Speaking with drivers**—checking bike condition at the point of collection and adjusting pricing where needed.
- **Managing trade handovers**—ensuring paperwork, keys, and logistics are all in order.
- **Earning commission**—the better you buy and sell, the more you make.

We’re looking for someone who:

- **Knows motorcycles**—experience in the bike industry, motorcycle trade, or auctions is a huge plus.
- **Has a mechanical background**—you can assess bikes for mechanical and cosmetic issues.
- **Is a strong negotiator**—you know how to buy and sell at the right price.
- **Is confident with logistics**—liaising with drivers and ensuring smooth collections and deliveries.
- **Can handle trade handovers professionally**—ensuring paperwork, keys, and documentation are all correct.
- **Thrives in a fast-moving, commission-driven environment**—you’re used to juggling multiple deals and making quick decisions.

SuperBike Factory was started in our founder’s garage back in 2010. Fast forward almost 15 years and we’ve grown into Europe's largest used motorcycle retailer

We now have 6 sites across the UK. Our head office is still in Macclesfield, but we’ve expanded to Donington Park, Bradford, Bristol and Milton Keynes and Crawley employing around 300 people along the way with plans to expand even further
