**Fostering Assessment Social Worker - Therapeutic IFA**
**£35,000 - £39,000 per annum plus £4,500car allowance**
NonStop Care is looking for a Fostering Assessment Social Worker who can join a well established Independent Fostering Agency in the Yorkshire area on a permanent basis.
In this role, you will be part of a therapeutic Independent Fostering Agency with a Good Ofsted rating. They have a team of in-house clinicians that are providing ongoing therapeutic training to all of their Social Workers and Foster Carers. This means youcan enhance your skills within therapeutic fostering.
They are a not for profit IFA, meaning that they re-invest their profits back into the service where needed. This means you will be part of a working environment that is constantly improving.
**Responsibilities**:
The Fostering Assessment Social Worker will be responsible for developing the fostering service in the Yorkshire area. You will be involved in the recruitment, assessment and training of new foster carers.
Initially, this will be a non-caseholding role, however in the future, you will be supervising some the foster carers that you recruited.
You will have the flexibility to do most of the work from home and only go to their office in Doncaster now and then for the team meetings.

**Requirements**:
- you are a Qualified Social Worker

- you have a Social Work Degree and a driving license
