Swim Central Preston has an exciting opportunity for enthusiastic, creative, and motivated Swimming Teachers who are passionate about the progression of learning through our swimming programme.

**Duties**:

- Teach swim lessons to individuals or groups of all ages and skill levels
- Develop and implement lesson plans based on the needs and abilities of each student
- Provide a safe and supportive learning environment for all participants
- Demonstrate proper swimming techniques and provide constructive feedback to help students improve their skills
- Monitor and ensure the safety of all swimmers during lessons
- Maintain accurate records of attendance and progress of swimmers

**Qualifications**:

- Strong knowledge of swimming techniques and water safety practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively teach and interact with students of all ages
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and abilities
- Must be able to pass a background check

**Essential criteria**:

- ASA/Swim England/ STA Level 1

**Desirable criteria**:

- ASA/Swim England Level 2
- STA Level 2 Award/Certificate
- Level 2 Baby and Pre-School

**Location**:

- Fulwood, Preston, Lancashire

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £13.00-£17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 - 25 per week
