Are you a maintenance manager with pool plant experience? Fancy working at a property set in an unbelievable landscape with a considerable spa and multiple restaurants? This is a property to be desired.

The hospitality group that owns it has invested upwards of £15m into their properties in the last 18 months - they are stunning

You will be responsible for the overseeing and maintaining the general appearance of the interior and exterior of the property. As there are hot tubs, swimming pools and detox areas there will be plant rooms which you will be responsible for as well.

You will have probably guessed by now, experience working as a maintenance manager is an absolute prerequisite for this role, as is experience with Stranco and Seko water management. If you haven’t worked with this system before unfortunately you will notbe suitable for the role.
You will be the health and safety lead for the site, so knowledge of safe handling of chemicals, C.O.S.H.H are all important. You will be in charge of the maintenance team so managing and recruiting maintenance staff will fall under your remit, whilst ensuringthey stay motivated.

From a salary perspective, you are looking at around £45,000,-£55,000 depending on your experience - there is the ability to earn bonus on top as well. There are plenty of other corporate benefits which we can discuss after you have applied and we have discussed.This is an on-site role.
