The Credit Portfolio Risk Manager is an intermediate management-level position responsible for providing leadership and direction to a team of employees to monitor the Citi portfolio and identify credit migration in coordination with the Risk Managementteam. The overall objective of this role is to coordinate management of portfolio exposure to client and counterparties in Citi Global Wealth (CGW) EMEA Region. This position sits within CGW EMEA Regional Risk team of the independent Risk Division (2LoD). The team covers risks from a broad range of products, business segments and geographical locations within the CGW business. The team works closely with the CRO /senior management to manage credit risk from legal entity, country, and regional levels. **Responsibilities**: - Conduct regular and ad-hoc portfolio reviews, analysis of key portfolio trends and associated risk metrics - Manage risk levels for the entire credit spectrum across multiple products - Coordinate with Product Risk, Business teams and other Risk teams on portfolio reviews, stress testing and regulatory requests - Monitor country, geopolitical and macro-economic developments and assess the impact on portfolio - Participate in transaction approval by providing quantitative and qualitative credit risk analysis and inputs on relevant terms - Review and challenge (as appropriate) internal credit ratings - Prepare risk management presentations for senior management that include analytics on expected portfolio performance and areas of potential risk and/or opportunity - Research customer and/or management queries using risk systems and data and support ad-hoc risk policy analyses and projects, as required - Participate in developing, testing, and optimizing credit policies, ensuring consistency and regulatory compliance, and assist in the implementation of those policies, processes and other related initiatives - Monitor target market exceptions - Responding to Internal Audits - Demonstrated ability to synthesize, prioritize and drive results with urgency - Proven organizational, interpersonal and analytical skills - Comprehensive knowledge of MS Office software and statistical functions in Excel / Access **Education**: - Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience -------------------------------------------- - **Job Family Group**: Risk Management ------------------------------------------------ - **Job Family**: Regulatory Risk ----------------------------------------------------- - **Time Type**: Full time ----------------------------------------------------- - Citi is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
