**Salary dependent on experience**

**Hours: 5 day split over - Tuesday - Sunday, 8:00am - 5:00pm**

WJ Castle’s & Jesse Smith’s is an established, family run business with 6 shops across the Cotswold's. This position will be based at our Shop on the Burford high street, where you will be working alongside a small and friendly team.

**The Role**
- Working closely with and supporting the Managers
- Dealing with customers daily in a welcoming manner
- Assisting in improving sales and customer service levels
- Organizing staff Rota's when required
- helping cover holidays when required
- Stock control
- Maintaining and increasing standards
- Previous experience within a similar position/industry is desirable
- Hold a passion for providing excellent customer service
- Hold the ability to use your initiative and be proactive
- Time management skills
- Excellent work ethic and take a hands on approach
- Be a real foodie
