We are currently seeking a Business Development Executive to join a well-established, family-run SME based in Sandbach. This is an exciting time to join this rapidly growing business that is passionate about the environment and has a niche interior designoffering of office plants and living walls. Due to ongoing growth, this is a newly created position to develop both existing and new customers, build a rapport with them and generate sales. The successful applicant will have a substantial database of new andexisting businesses to approach. There is limitless potential in the role

Key duties and responsibilities.
- Building and maintaining a sales pipeline of new opportunities
- Developing and nurturing existing customers
- Following all opportunities through to secured orders
- Partnering with the marketing department and following up on lead generation.
- Understand the business’ products and services to be able to be a trusted advisor to potential customers

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with potential customers
- Interpersonal skills for developing relationships with prospects
- Drive to motivate yourself and set your own goals
- Initiative and confidence to start things from scratch
- Good understanding and working knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM management

Salary

Basic Salary of £23,000 - £26,000 (neg)

Standard Hours 8am-4:30pm (flexibility is on offer to suit personal circumstances)

Excellent uncapped commission scheme - realistic OTE 35k+
