Senior Stylist

**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Provide high-quality haircuts, styling, and grooming services tailored to individual client needs.
- Deliver outstanding Customer service and care.
- Upsell products and services to enhance the overall client experience and promote store growth.
- Assist with front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and managing client inquiries.
- Mentor junior stylists, sharing knowledge and techniques to foster their professional development.
- Participate in store management activities, contributing to a positive team environment and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Stylist or in a similar role within the industry.
- Proficiency in barbering techniques and hair styling methods.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients and team members.
- Ability to upsell products and services confidently while maintaining a customer-focused approach.
- Familiarity with front desk and computer operations is an advantage.
- A passion for the hair industry and a commitment to continuous learning, training opportunities and improvement.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From £22,880.00 per year

- stylist: 1 year (required)
- Hairdressing: 3 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Hairdressing NVQ/SVQ Level 2 (required)
