Due to high demand Daisy Street is looking for another accessories designer to design monthly ranges for our numerous brands (including Tammy Girl).

Our product range includes jewellery, hats, gloves, scarves, belts, bags and more.

The designer will be in charge of trend research, creating ranges, drawing/ CAD the designs, liaising with factories and arranging samples. You will communicate with our sales team and our buyers, to create custom ranges on request along side your monthly drops.

**The Role**
- Reporting into head of design.
- Manage your key customer accounts - responsible for creating seasonal ranges in line with current and future trends. Identify areas for growth and drive business forward.
- Dealing with day to day requests and finding solutions to any issues.
- Conduct trend analysis, design presentations and competitor reports to advise on future trends and key product direction.
- Manage the sampling process by following the critical path ensuring all samples are logged into the system & arrive within required deadlines.
- Build strong relationships with suppliers

**Requirements**:

- _At least_ 1 year design experience.
- Strong communication skills with colleagues and factories
- Well developed understanding of fashion trends
- Excellent Photoshop, Illustrator skills and a bonus if any hand-making/ construction skills
- Time management skills will the ability to work in a fast paced environment. You MUST be able to organise your own workload.
- Ability to design across multiple brands and work under pressure/tight deadlines

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
