To be responsible for the day to day integrations between clinical systems and end user support. To provide development support and deliver system specific user training programmes for all levels of staff.
- On a day to day basis act as system administrator for integration systems. Maintaining system security and patient confidentiality, providing advice and guidance, resolving software and system operational problems.
- Maintain the availability of system integrations
- Preparation of documentation and training guides associated with system integrations. Schedule integration installation into training and live environments including the creation of standard test scripts.
- Work with a range of stakeholders, both internal and external, to develop and implement new integrations
Working within a supporting team that provide cross system cover and support across the whole trust. Highly effective and self motivated team.
- Lead on the development for any new interfaces to/from Ensemble
- Act as first line support for systems users, providing advice and guidance, resolving software problems where possible.
- work closely with IT Department for technical support and the roll-out of systems to new users and departments and the resolution of hardware and networking issues.
- Form strong working relationships with suppliers
