**Deliveroo Hop**

Deliveroo Hop launched in September 2021 and is Deliveroo's speedy grocery delivery service. Our mission is to deliver groceries to customers around the world in as little as 10 minutes - from the weekly shop, to a last minute dinner party or a late night snack. Working with trusted grocers, Deliveroo Hop promises to bring customers the very best products at lightning speed.

The team behind Deliveroo Hop are building a network of stores across London, the UK and International markets. Each delivery store is staffed with a team who have been specially trained to manage the operations efficiently as well as pick and pack orders in record time, with Deliveroo's 100,000 strong rider network completing all deliveries.

**The role**

The role of the Warehouse Associate is to support the Warehouse Manager in achieving the highest performance possible within their Warehouse. This includes maximising customer satisfaction, striving to work efficiently, ensuring accuracy in stock counting, handling stock with care and according to rotation policies to reduce wastage.

The Warehouse Associate must also contribute to a positive and cooperative working environment that is pleasant for all colleagues and ensure at all times that the tasks they are carrying out are in line with all H&S policies.

**What you'll be doing**
- Pick orders efficiently to meet time targets
- Ensure all goods delivered are of the freshest quality
- Ensure all items are picked correctly and accuracy is 100%
- Communicate with our riders to ensure our customers receive our deliveries in a timely manner
- Assist with incoming delivery management
- Unload delivery wagons according to procedure, taking time to ensure accuracy of product locations and date rotation
- Support with inventory management as requested
- Ensure Warehouse remains clean and tidy at all time, any hazards should be dealt with urgently

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a similar environment is valued but not required (FMCG/Retail/Warehouse/Last mile delivery is a big plus)
- Strong hands-on mentality and detailed oriented
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills and a good proficiency in both written and spoken English
- Right to work in the UK

- £10 hourly salary (10-15 hours per week. Morning or Evening shifts) + lots of benefits
