We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Early Years Special Educational Needs Coordinator to join the Castle Kindergarten team to assist our Area SENCo.

This vacancy exists for someone who:

- holds a Level 3 childcare qualification
- holds a recognised Level 3 SENCo qualification
- is passionate about supporting children with Special Educational Needs
- has experience of working as a Special Educational Needs Coordinator
- is experienced in working with young children
- has a good level of general education - English and Maths at GCSE C or above
- is motivated and enthusiastic about high quality child-led learning both indoors and outdoors
- is committed to achieving high standards
- is confident, caring and reliable
- sees the value to be gained from children learning with nature
- sees the value of reflecting on practice, improving and developing it and adapting to new ideas
