We have an exciting opportunity for a SQL Server / SSRS Report Developer to join our team.

**Job Role**: SQL Server Developer / SSRS Report Developer

**Location**: Hybrid or Remote

**Salary:**£25,000 - £40,000 per year + Benefits (Listed below)

We provide a unique IR data analysis solution that helps our clients to provide more effective investor relationship management and equity marketing activities.

Our company is looking for a SQL Server/SSRS Report Developer to support their London based research & analysis team. This is a key hire as this person will form a significant part of a small business critical team. This role will report to our London basedHead of Data & Analytics.

**Responsibilities**
- Building and updating SSRS Templates based on business requirements, liaising with technical and reporting teams
- Optimising existing SQL queries and pipelines as necessary
- Carrying out ad-hoc analysis contributing to our thought leadership programme
- Assisting other team members with troubleshooting related to the database
- Reviewing and documenting data management processes to help identify new management efficiencies / security protocols / intelligence output etc
- Requirements
- Must submit examples of complex SQL stored procedures
- Must submit example reports created in SSRS styled to a high degree. Think of company annual reports.
- Strong SQL skills are essential. Working knowledge of stored procedures, parameters, variables, temporary tables, indexing etc.
- Degree in Computing or related discipline or self-taught database programmer

**Additional beneficial skills**:

- Experience working in capital markets / financial services or with financial / sensitive databases
- Experience building dashboards with Power BI
- Working knowledge of Git/Azure DevOps
- Knowledge of Visual Basic and/or C# as related to SSRS custom functions and assemblies.
