- Here in the Dungannon & Cookstown agency of NFU Mutual, we’re looking for an ambitious professional with a proven B2B sales management career to join the agency’s leadership team as a Partner, primarily aligned to the agency’s Commercial Insurance portfolio.

- As a Partner in the NFU Mutual Dungannon & Cookstown agency, your focus will be on:

- Building and nurturing existing commercial client relationships with key decision makers including Directors and Business Owners, ensuring high renewal rates are maintained with unrivalled customer care
- Leading on new business development across a range of sectors and size of business, from local independents to larger SMEs
- Advising a wide range of businesses on tailored insurance solutions, with full training and support from NFU Mutual
- Supporting with the overall agency management, including strategic planning, operational oversight, and driving commercial performance
- Playing a supportive role in the local farming community as a representative of the Ulster Farmers’ Union.

** About You**:

- This is a self-employed business opportunity for a proven B2B Sales Manager (or equivalent) already operating in a commercial management or leadership capacity. Specifically, we’re looking for:

- B2B (SME/Commercial/Corporate) experience in consultative sales and client management
- Proven sales/commercial management or leadership capability, ideally within Financial Services or similarly regulated industries
- Strategic thinking with the ability to contribute to business planning and agency growth
- Commercial acumen and awareness of the local business landscape
- A customer-centric ethos that places customers at the heart of the business
- A valid UK driving licence (due to travel requirements).-
- **UFU Assistant Group Manager**:

- Alongside your main focus as an Agent of NFU Mutual you’ll be employed by the Ulster Farmers’ Union as an Assistant Group Manager. This places you at the heart of your local farming community—supporting with arranging meetings and events, recruiting and retaining members, and keeping them up to date on agricultural policy. You’ll have full backing from the UFU, with access to expert advice and specialist support.
