**Role - Customer Service Advisor**

**Location - Newcastle upon Tyne**

**Salary: £20,592 per annum (OTE £26,000)**

**Hybrid Working - 2 days from home one week, and 3 days in the office, and the next week 3 days from home, and 2 days in office**

Netwirking are working together with an established Fintech company, Deloitte Technology Fast 500 EMEA, UK Fast 50 and two time European Business of the Year based in Newcastle upon Tyne who are looking for a motivated, keen and driven individual, with experience of working in a customer service/account management role to join their team.

The business continues to grow and as a result of this they are looking for someone to help drive the company forward.

Key to your success in this Customer Serivce role is to demonstrate the ability to build rapport with the clients, manage multiple portfolios, take ownership and make important business decisions

This role would suit someone currently working in a Customer Service Role / Client Focused role or someone who has an interest in finance looking to get their foot in the door.

**Key Responsibilities Include**:

- Ensuring engagement and support with existing clients is maintained
- Welcoming new clients
- Account management for existing clients
- Regular re-engagement calls with clients
- Co-ordinating appointments for clients who require financial advice
- Working closely with in-house financial advisers
- Supporting the wider team, including the management team

**Required skills and experience;**
- Has previous customer service experience
- Can build a good rapport with existing customers
- Can provide a fantastic level of customer service and willing to go 'the extra mile’ to support valued customers
- Has strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Is well organised and able to prioritise workload
- Has a positive approach to their work
- Is comfortable working towards individual and team targets

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £20,592.00-£26,000.00 per year
