Stafford Local Access Point - Fulltime post 37.5hrs - currently based at Greyfriars Therapy Centre ST16 2ST.
As a call handler based within the Local Access Point (LAP) you will deliver a high quality service, working closely with Community Nursing and Therapy teams. We are an innovative service and are seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated individual to join our team.
The post holder will be part of the community service which involves being part of a team of calls handlers and senior administrators. The post is to provide high quality customer service as the first point of contact for telephone calls into the local access point (LAP) dealing with electronic and phone referrals. Post holders will be required to have knowledge on IT systems, have a desire to work in the NHS and have the ability to work flexibly on a rota system across a 7 day working week. A full induction and training will be provided.
