Early Years Practitioner

Due to a member of our team going on Maternity leave The Orchard Nature Nursery Limited are seeking passionate practitioner to join our team for **27 hours per week - mainly half day shifts per day**. Recently inspected and graded very good across all areas. We pride ourselves in our child led, play based setting offering children a true home from home experience. We offer outdoor play at all ages and enjoy exploring the beautiful estate we are based in.

Responsibilities will include:

- supporting children's play based child led learning
- ensuring children's personal needs are met at all times
- support the daily running and administration of the day, eg planning and learning files
- ensure health and safety standards are met at all times
- maintain positive relationships with children and their families
- respect and develop children's life experiences
- be flexible
- hard working and professional
- self motivated
- prepared to help where needed
- act as an ambassador for the service.

Pay: £12.60 per hour

**Education**:

- Certificate of Higher Education (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Nursery: 1 year (preferred)

Work Location: In person
