Office Administrator Assistant

**Company Description**
Wentworth Security & Fire Protection Ltd is currently recruiting an Office Administrator to join the team in our Stokesley office. The main goal of this role is to provide excellent customer service to our internal and external customers and provide administrative support to ensure the smooth and effective running of the office. You will be helping to provide the best customer service possible.
Working Pattern - Mon - Fri 9am-5pm
35hrs per week
Salary Circa £10.50 - £12 per hour (depending on experience)
- Organise, check and input engineer timesheet information on a weekly basis in line with set timescales and processes
- Communicate with Customers and Engineers regarding installation projects and service calls
- Maintain customer job files, ensuring that all necessary information is accurately recorded, to ensure that full customer history and data is readily available
- Clear cancelled jobs and database amendments
- Obtain all required customer information and add to the False Alarm Management system.
- Take calls from Engineers, Customers and Colleagues to assist in the resolution of any issues or concerns
- Greeting customers in person to our offices and showroom.
- Invoicing, quotes and customer communications.
- Other admin and office related tasks relevant to the business.
**Qualifications**
- Have customer service experience
- Have a good level of IT literacy, especially Microsoft Word and Excel
- Have some administration experience
- Be proactive, able to prioritise workloads
- Have excellent people and communication skills, able to explain situations clearly, both verbally and written
- Preferably have experience working with customer disputes
