Our General Assistant will enjoy providing outstanding customer experiences, be flexible and be seeking an opportunity to develop and broaden their hospitality skills. Responsibilities within the business will include; welcoming guests, cleaning and caring for the rooms and public areas and preparing food and drink for guests. As part of our close-knit team you will be a highly valued member with the ability to develop and learn about many aspects of the business.

The General Assistants roles will be a mixture of; cleaning rooms, cooking breakfast, serving breakfast, washing up, serving drinks, making coffee and creating exceptional experiences for our guests. The role will be 40 hours per week spread over 5 days. Shifts will be a mixture of morning and evening, for instance either 7.30/8am-4pm or 2pm-10pm. There is live-in accommodation with this role. We're ideally looking for someone with previous hospitality experience but we are a personality driven business and full training will be given.
