Your Move are looking to recruit a **Lettings Negotiator** into our **Ilkeston**Branch.

As a Lettings Negotiator you will be responsible for regular communication with clients, negotiating offers between the Landlord and Tenant and delivering exceptional customer service both face to face and over the phone.

Industry experience is preferred but we can give you the tools to become a confident negotiator

You will need have previous sales experience, and have the ability to work in a fast paced, customer focussed environment.

- **Basic salary of £17,500**:

- **Uncapped OTE in the region of £20,000 to £22,000**:

- **Guaranteed commission for the first 6 months of employment**

It is essential that you hold a full UK Driving licence and have access to your own vehicle.
