Our client in Romsey a well known and respected organisation in their field are looking for an experienced Accounts Assistant on a full time basis to join their friendly team. Responsible for the day-to-day management of the financial processes you willbe experienced in the following areas:
- Working with sales / purchase ledger
- Providing relevant information for payment runs twice a week
- Month End tasks and reporting
- Processing, checking and coding invoices
- Maintaining existing account details
- Maintaining strong relationships with the suppliers
- Reviewing systems and processes and suggesting improvements where necessary
- Maintaining spreadsheets for the department
- Processing purchase invoices
- Bank reconciliation (timely and accurate posting to cash book with full reconciliation)
