**Salary: £29,400.00 per annum**
**Working Hours: 4on 4off 7:00-19:00 40.25 hours**

**The Role**

We are looking for a Drivers Leader for our busy BCA Corby Geddington Road D site. As a Drivers Leader, you will report directly to the Business Support Manager and will be responsible for coordinating drivers and their schedules for our Repair Network and completing routine and office administration duties for this role.

This is an office-based role from our BCA Corby site.

**Responsibilities**

Duties will include but not be limited to:

- Co-ordinating drivers and their schedules for the Repair Network as efficiently as possible - Planning Ahead
- Ensuring Driver team have the correct tools and training for the job
- Ensuring Driver Team deliver Excellent Customer Service on Handover and are presented professionally
- Handle vehicle documentation, including vehicle service histories
- Complete all locally assigned tasks within the stated timeframe
- Other ad-hoc duties

**Skills and expertise**
**Essential**:

- Experience in an office support/administrative role
- Management/lead experience (desirable)
- Good inter-personal skills and ability to develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent organisational skills and time management
- Ability to use initiative and to work well under pressure/to deadlines
