**The opportunity**:
Global Talent 2020 are proudly working with one Edinburgh’s award winning, premier, upmarket Restaurant, Boutique Hotel, and Bar venues. They are looking for a passionate F&B orientated Deputy General Manager for this beautifully positioned venue. The opportunityis located in a bustling, trendy area, in the vibrant city of Edinburgh.
**The role**:
You will manage the staff across all front/back of house, kitchen and bar areas as required. Great understanding of stock controls, cellar management, health &safety, training, and development of others, are desirable. First class communication skills arepre-requisites for this diverse, and fast paced environment.
**The person**:
Our client at Global Talent 2020, is looking for a hands-on approach type leader, with a focused, well organised mind. With a positive attitude and commercially astute.
This is a multi-tasking, challenging role, in a quality appointed environment, so it will need someone used to keeping their fingers on the pulse of an operation at all times. Quality understanding of all areas of a volume bar and restaurant operations arekey skill sets required. Knowledge also of a Boutique Hotel experience would also be highly sort after by Global Talents 2020 client, for this opportunity, but not at the expense of F&B Venue experience.
