**Title: Transport Planner / Transport Administrator**

Our global logistics client urgently requires an experienced Traffic Operator/Planner to work at its client site in Tewkesbury. The role may become permanent following a successful trial period.

**Working Hours & Rate of Pay**:

- Monday, Tuesday & Friday 05:00 - 09:00
- Tuesdays & Thursdays 05:00 - 14:00
- £11.00 per hour

**The Role**:

- Driver briefing & debriefing, ensuring accuracy of data and reporting of defects, accidents and delivery issues
- Data entry of orders, statistics, customer reports, KPIs and drivers’ daily activities (adjusting schedules as required)
- Assist with the management of the fleet of vehicles and trailers

**Experience Required**:

- Working knowledge of Drivers Hours Regulations
- Proven administrative experience
- Ability to build and maintain strong partnerships with transport functions and drivers to ensure clear lines of communication
