**What You'll Be Doing**:
As part of our Finance Graduate Programme, you can expect:

- Supporting day-to-day finance operations through rotations across multiple finance domains.
- Rotations in key areas such as Financial Performance & Analysis and Finance Control & Compliance.
- Assisting teams in areas like monthly reporting, budgeting, and gaining a deep understanding of the finance function’s core purpose.
- Becoming a finance specialist, building relationships with both the business and the wider finance community, and using bespoke analysis to influence decision-making.
- Learning and working with finance systems and tools that support efficient finance delivery.
- Supporting improvement projects and leading initiatives for timely and accurate data delivery.
- Preparing and analysing revenue and cost data.
- Contributing to risk management efforts and driving change initiatives.

**What You'll Bring**:

- Degree in Business Management, Finance or related field (2.1 or Higher)
- Good communication skills; fluent in English language, both written and spoken
- Perform well as member of a team
- An awareness of the Aerospace industry
