We have an opportunity for a fluent Dutch speaker to join a multilingual team as a customer service and claims advisor, handling inbound business to business queries from The Netherlands for a rapidly expanding specialist insurance company.

This hybrid role is based in Newport, but you would be able to work from home for 3 days a week.

**The Role**:

- Being the first point of contact for Dutch speaking business clients
- Liaising with other insurance companies and underwriters in The Netherlands and the UK
- Dealing with incoming enquiries and correspondence for quotations and claims from Germany
- Compiling case information and updating the internal diary system
- Prioritising your daily workload and escalating any issues to the senior management team

**Do you**:

- **Have fluent written and spoken Dutch and fluent English skills**:

- Have a professional manner both verbal and written
- Show attention to detail and enjoy working in a process-driven environment
- Have some office experience (customer service or insurance experience is not necessary)

**Location**

The company is based in a business park between Newport and Cardiff with easy access from the M4 and is commutable from Bristol, Cardiff, Swansea, Chepstow, Monmouth and the M4. There is ample parking on site. The role is hybrid so you would be able to workfrom home for 3 days a week.
