We have fabulous job opportunity for you to join our awesome team. We support our brilliant customers in our over 55’s service They live in their own flats in a Sheltered style scheme based in London Harrow.
You’ll be our Housing and Property Guru Focussing on tenancy support, you’ll provide a housing management service to our customers, supporting them to manage their tenancy and rent accounts.
You’ll also help our customers with their housing benefit claims and making sure that these are received on their rent account. You’ll turn around vacant bed spaces so that new customers who need our help can move in quickly. You’ll also make sure our service achieves maximum occupancy, and that we are health and safety compliant

**About you**
You’re passionate and motivated to help vulnerable people make positive and lasting changes to their lives. You’ll impress us with your ability to work on your own initiative, positively influencing people from all different backgrounds. You’ll have some experience in safeguarding, risk assessments, confidentiality, support plans, alongside working collaboratively.
As Housing Management Coordinator you’re experienced in managing a housing management caseload and overseeing landlord and housing management duties. You know all about re-letting of rooms or units, collecting rents, and taking formal tenancy action when needed. You’re great at managing your own time and have strong written and verbal communication skills.
Must be able to use tech to make sure that we keep our records straight, and customers safe, it's really important that you are technologically savvy (or at the very least not a technophobe)

You’ll be working alongside our fabulous team who are super passionate about supporting customers to reach their goals and celebrating their achievements. To us were not just a team we’re a ‘work family’.
Our manager is Lis Alexander, she has been with Homegroup for 15 years and has worked her way through the ranks to become the Senior Client Service Manager for our Older persons services.
There are 7 of us (8 including you), in the team and we don’t just love to support our customers, we’re there for each other too Ruth, Paul, Billie-Jo, Emmanuel, Leonie, Joan and Tina are our Team Between camping in the great outdoors, favourite ales, border terriers and busy homelives you’re going to love us and our Monday morning Teams meetings
**Working hours**
You will be working 15 hpw between the hours of 9-5 on a Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday). The exact hours are open for negotiation at interview
