**Based in Borehamwood | 37.5 hours per week (Monday - Friday) | Salary range up to £22,000 depending on experience**
**What we’re looking for**:
We’re looking for a customer-focused and highly organised individual to join our Sales & Memberships Team. You’ll act as the first point of contact for our current and prospective Members, as well as dealing with compliance issues and chasing renewal payments. You’ll need extensive knowledge of working in a multi-channel contact centre environment along with excellent attention to detail. You’ll join a rapidly growing organisation in Borehamwood with a real family feel that can offer you a vibrant working environment and industry-leading training.
**Some of the things you’ll get up to**:

- Respond to Member, consumer and other interested/relevant party’s Membership enquiries.
- Address abandoned registrations. Chase up other leads and Members who require renewing.
- Process cancellation and refund requests.
- Process Membership amendments.
- Deal with compliance issues such as members not fitting the membership criteria (at beginning and during membership) and the chasing of renewal payments.
- Assist with website enquires.

**We’d like you to have**:

- Extensive knowledge of working in a multi-channel contact centre environment
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good knowledge of MS office packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work within a small team and across departments
