Opportunity: Young Persons Support Worker
Are you passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of children facing unique challenges? Are you committed to providing tailored support and guidance to children with Autism, ADHD, and Learning Disabilities?
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Outreach Support Workers to join our team and make a significant difference to the lives of children and their families. The role is based in in and around the northeast.
As an Outreach Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in providing specialised support and guidance to children, with a number of different needs including Autism, ADHD, and Learning Difficulties. Your primary responsibility will involve building relationships, offering tailored emotional support, and empowering the young people to navigate their circumstances positively within the community.
Qualifications and Skills:
12 Months previous experience in a similar role
A valid driver's license and business insurance.

Pay: Up to £14.25 per hour
