Morrison Water Services are currently looking to recruit a Operations Support Assistant to work on our Thames Water contract in Dartford.

As an Operations Support Assistant, you will be part of our Operations Team and will be required to support administrative duties to help maintain the smooth running of the day-to-day functions required to deliver this project whilst learning the functions of a Supervisor.

You will be responsible for promoting a positive ‘can do’ culture. You will work with the managers and supervisors across the Plumbing department to improve productivity, compliance, safety and overall performance. You will engage with Thames Water and Morrison back-office teams to ensure a seamless delivery of operational excellence. You will ensure completion of site audits as well as ensuring plant and equipment is safe.

You will also need to deal with all customer issues in accordance with the ‘IMPACT’ protocol and respond to the Escalations team in accordance with the prescribed timescales. You will ensure compliance with all aspects of the Thames Water Smart Metering Asset Standard.

Do you have previous administration experience?

Do you have a business Admin NVQ? This would be desirable
