Are you a part-qualified or recently-qualified CA/ACCA/ACA considering a career in Corporate Finance?

This is a hands-on opportunity within a close-knit, dynamic Corporate Finance team with significant pipeline and strategic plans for future growth. As a result, they are now looking to add a new Executive to their team in Central Scotland.

With specialist and highly-knowledgeable colleagues to support you, there is no requirement to have worked in Corporate Finance before. However, you must be commercially-minded and have experience of working with owner-managed businesses, whether in an auditor accounting/financial remit. You must also demonstrate genuine passion and enthusiasm for pursuing a career in Corporate Finance. The team work on a hybrid basis, and preference would be for this individual to attend the Edinburgh office 3-4 days per weekto build strong relationships and hone your skills in a new field.

The team works across the full breadth of Corporate Finance for an extremely varied range of clients. You will be involved with an impressive variety of projects including M&A lead advisory, Due Diligence, strategic business advisory and fundraising.

Responsibilities may include:

- Carrying out detailed research and analysis, preparing due diligence reports for review
- Providing support to Managers in the delivery of high-quality client advice
- Preparing financial models, business plans, valuations and supporting with preparation of business advisory reporting
- End-to-end involvement with full disposal, acquisition and fundraising engagements
- Working collaboratively to grow and develop new and existing business opportunities
- Establishing and growing your own network of contacts across sectors and specialisms
