We are excited to offer an excellent opportunity for a General Assistant at our Moor Row location in Cumbria. The position will also involve using the company vehicle to deliver hospitality services within the business park where the site is situated.

**More about the role**:

- Assist in delivering exceptional, attentive, and thoughtful customer service.
- Utilise the company vehicle for hospitality deliveries within the business park.
- Complete all required mandatory and company training.
- Ensure that work and customer areas are kept clean and orderly at all times.
- Guarantee a safe working environment.

**Who you are**:

- You possess the ability to communicate with a diverse array of customers and team members.
- You recognise the importance of food safety and health regulations in the catering industry.
- Your eagerness to learn and ability to collaborate effectively within a dynamic team are evident.
- While you can adhere to guidelines, you're also confident in making autonomous decisions that benefit the customer.
- While prior catering experience is advantageous, it is your positive and proactive approach that is most crucial.
