**Location**: Remote with travel to RICS offices as and when required
**Job type**: FTC - 12 Month Maternity Cover
**Salary**: £25,000 to £28,000 DOE
**Job Purpose**
You will be promoting services, developing new business opportunities, and liaising with key customer groups through a range of social media channels as well as working with key stakeholders networking and building relationships across the Alternative Dispute Resolution arena.
All of this combined will be supporting RICS Dispute Resolution Services in meeting its short and long-term objectives in accordance with the Business Plan. This role will suit individuals with a marketing and business development background along with those who have a keen interest in the operational aspects of a team.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Stakeholder engagement**
- Working closely with DRS Operations Manager to manage engagement with stakeholders across the industry to establish strong working relationships to deliver on project campaigns specifically related to public sector areas
- Manage and coordinate bespoke campaigns to create greater awareness of DRS products and services and review and evaluate outcomes and successes of the campaigns
- Provide input into weekly/monthly reports and updates on activity to DRS Management
- Being aware of continuous familiarisation with ADR projects, target audience and competitor activities in the market
- Work closely with relevant stakeholders to ensure effective and efficient implementation of the products and services, collaborating internally and externally as required
- Prepare and manage workshops, roundtable and forum logistics including developing agendas, project plans, note taking and production of reports
- Arrange and attend stakeholder meetings
- Ensure an accurate audit trail is maintained of all stakeholder engagement and all contact/activities are recorded
- Attend client-facing meetings when required, collaborative planning workshops and report to client on progress
**Communications, website, and online media**
- Ensure good effective coverage of DRS events, products, and services, including identifying opportunities for stories and events, obtaining feedback about such events from those who have been responsible for them
- Produce creative and well-written material for a variety of media such as the website, newsletter, and press articles and for a variety of fast-moving social media sites such as Twitter and LinkedIn
- Work across the DRS teams effectively to use social media as a means of communication
- Support teams across DRS to maintain, review and update DRS web pages with clear, engaging, up to date content consistent with RICS Brand guidelines
- Monitor DRS’ online presence through Google Analytics and report back on campaign effectiveness, suggesting improvements etc.
**DRS Operations**
- providing guidance and support to users of the service and function as first line support for queries received through the DRS enquiry line and DRS inbox
- managing completed cases from DRS panellists in line with set procedures
- continuously updating and maintaining records for DRS Operations
**Experience / Skills Required**
- Demonstrable background in business development, marketing and stakeholder engagement
- Commercial and practical understanding of the digital marketing world
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- First-rate written and verbal communication skills
- Highly creative and imaginative with the ability to work proactively and with autonomy
- Educated to degree level
- Excellent time management and project co-ordination skills
- Strong interpersonal skills when networking and engaging with people
- Experience in developing and successfully implementing stakeholder engagement plans
- Proven ability to work under pressure, respond quickly to changing situations in complex project environments, prepare responses/narrative quickly and clearly and use personal initiative
- Strong project management skills
- Familiarity with using various CRM systems essential
- High degree of accuracy in executing work
- Ability to schedule work and deliver to tight deadlines
- Broader project communications experience and skills desirable
- An excellent team player
